End User License Agreement
Last updated: July 12, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Really Broke Ventures ("Cana", "we", "us") and governs your use of the Cana mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to this EULA, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App, except to the extent the law allows despite this restriction.
User content and objectionable material
The App lets people post prayers and notes of encouragement. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content that harasses, threatens, or demeans others, that is hateful or sexually explicit, that promotes violence or self-harm, or that is spam or a scam is prohibited. The App provides tools to report content and to block users. We act on reports promptly, typically within 24 hours, by removing content that violates our guidelines and, where warranted, ejecting the user who posted it. Filing false reports is itself a violation of this EULA.
Privacy
Our collection and use of information through the App is described in our Privacy Policy.
Updates and availability
We may update, change, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time. Updates may be required for continued use. The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Really Broke Ventures will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this EULA or your use of the App. To the extent any liability is not excludable, our total liability is limited to one hundred US dollars (100 USD).
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.
Legal compliance and export
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the App.
Apple-specific terms
If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store, the following also applies:
- This EULA is between you and Really Broke Ventures only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- The license granted here is limited to use of the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service, except that the App may be accessed by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
- Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
- In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection or similar legislation.
- In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of the claim.
- Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
